2006 ford focus edit km tool help

I'm looking for a program / machine that can edit km on a 2006 Ford Focus TDCi

it should preferably be easy to work with and like through obd?

I have been told that digimasterii can do the job, but has been in doubt, would like if I can get it confirm or disprove it before I buy the machine
