help to read eprom smart card laguna2

need help to read eprom in smart card laguna 2
there are 2 card,the fist on don't star engine but with good
Closing Central,the seconde start engine but no work Closing Central
so need if is possible the name of eprom in this card if some one have do it in passe:

you don?t have there any eeprom , only PCF79xx , which do all commands ( transponder + remote )
- if doesn?t work central locking --- check switches and connections till PCF....
- if doesn?t work transponder --- check connections and coil from keycard

all connections are good ,the coil=? there is continuty between two pin and betwen two athers no continuty
some one have schematique for this?

Solder all the pins PCF79xx, and other places soldering and check operation .
LED blinks when you press the button ?

in one smart card the red light is on when i press the button,but in the seconde no

most are just bad solders or problem keys
