Is the coded file you posted OK, or was it corrupted? I am asking because I took a look and couldn't recognize the format, unless it is a new format. (Yes, I unzipped twice as it is double wrapped).

Tcode pro can do this cars with G stamped. Ive made 4 runner 2011, and Fj Cruiser.

I think Vanos dont use that tool he uses the word very easy
and give a reading of the dump so.... no the answer is not T-code Pro.
