Find a service manual since the TV is locked in at power adj. infinity software not allowing you to manage the functions of the remote control to change channels, volume etc..
I found the pattern and it seems like it takes a progressive and a serial port called CROSS-CABLE-232C and starter298 agg software for the web but found nothing! I tried to go in service but the process only works OAL me not giving me the first step of feature changes do I see the words:
