Hi,
Can someone tell me how to change the mileage of a citroen c5 dash? The car is from 2004.
Is there an eeprom I can read?

I have done menu C5 2004 with 95160 in BSI.
So right answer is: If you have Restyling C5 you have 95128 in BSI and if not you have 95160.
In that year is very often secured 908 in dash.

Best regards
Vladimir

If you have UPA you can do it.
Forget Tacho Shit tool.

I have UPA and I know the HC(9)08 is a ucontroller with eeprom on board, but the uc does not have **908 written on it, but I already found out it is a QFP64 package type IC.

What happens if I change the mileage in the dash and the bsi (ST95160) next week? Will the dash mileage be overwritten?

You must to make both modules in the same time. Especialy first BSI.

I have attached the dump from the 908 from the dash.
Can someone check if it is a correct read.
The mileage is around 280.000km, but actually should be 204.000km.
I have also just opened the BSI and found a HC912 uc inside. Is this BSI 1 or 2? (Will read the eeprom tomorrow).
UPA programmer seems to work nice!

Can someone check if the dash read file is ok before I change it?
The mileage is around 280.000km and should be around 203.000km. When another dash was installed the mileage was ok at first, but suddenly changed to around 280.000km (used dash).
Thanks in advance.

I have read the bsi with UPA, changed the eeprom content and changed the mileage in the dash (calculated by tacho soft) and the mileage is ok now!
Solved.
