Hi there, I'm wondering if some1 can help. Im wondering
If it's possible to have some sort of box and which box is best. I have sky and a dish plus a wireless bt broadband router. I don't have cable as when the house was built no cable was run thru. any ideas?

yeah course u can get a box mate. it depends what you looking for and how much u have to spend

as mario says it depends on our budget and of course what you want from a box . if your on a budget and dont need hd a dm500s is a good place to start (at under ?60) but as far as epgs go its very lacking it has now and next only as standard ,but most boxes only offer that . this box is also capable of cs ,but thats not something we cant speak about here . if again your on a budget but fancy a hd box the skybox s9/openbox s9 is worth a punt at under ?100 and as with the dm500 is capable of cs.

if you have a bigger budget the dm500hd is an excellent box but will set you back about ?300 ,the dm800hd is a pvr box which means it has a hard disk drive allowing you record and store an epg ,it will cost about ?160. the v+duo is a twin tuner hd pvr box which i consider to be a top end box but your wallet will about ?400 lighter .
