For everyone, who want Bosh MAF to Pierburg MAF:

Which car you have amd which MAF ?

I have Skoda Octavia with 81 kW TDI engine, original is Pierburg MAF, I use Bosch MAF for never version of Skoda Octavia, but this is working for all VW engines with Pierburg MAF. Good luck...
