I was talking to a Bulgarian who told me subs to Bulsat are Euro 8-10/month. Not bad. You have to be Bulgarian tho.

NB: keys should not be posted in the open but only as softcams or in a compressed file.that way only members with download rights can access them.

I have just checked the softcam dated 18.12.2010 for bulsat I posted and it is working fine. check you have the right patch to open it.
