R270 experience !

Hi guys !
This is my first bad experience with chinese tools.
Just bought R270 (600eu) from Obdfactory.
The programmer didnt come with proper cables so I did them.
First try CAS2 white 2K79X doesent connected. Then 35080 VP doesent erase.
Maybe Im doing something wrong.
Any feedback from owners is wellcome.

Always will be genuine tools because chinese must have them for making clones.

chinese machine have killed this business in the uk, car being done for as little as 15 pound, even got told by one guy i was price checking 50 pound for 2005 merc sl 55 amg........ crazy!!!

only people gaining are those having correction done!!

All chinese sellers have the same suplier. Doesent matter where from you buy.

then why for example where there many different versions and qualities of for example.....tacho universals......red cas programmers......blue cas proigrammers etc..not to mention star machines, lexia interfaces


Believe me there are more different back street factories producing clones than there are chinese people in uk!!!!!

Yes. Some of their tools are thir own projects anyway also copied from ready made tools.

Hi M8. Can ask for where I can find more info on this product? My Chinese supplier has never let me down but they don't carry this product. Normally they won't carry a product if it's not reliable so maybe there goes my answer as to why they don't carry it.

If a chinese product is so expensive it must do something for that money.

Very expensif tool.
ALways buy clones after little time ,when they make it will always have problems,but in time they solve the problems.
This is depend of your supllier how powerfull he is.

Smelcom never had SW for cLONE R260, they always used the original and best from Rosfar! They cloned the **** out of that great company.

Sorry mate. You are wrong. R270 isnt based on Rosfar Technology.
I would better say its nearest Xprog M.

Smelcom never had SW for cLONE R260, they always used the original and best from Rosfar! They cloned the **** out of that great company.
hey mate smelecom have proper software not clone and work on interface 9S12 in circuit "R260" and i have my rosfar and work 100% and smelecom softaware too
just new software smelecom work on CAS 4 (MC9S12XDP512 1L15Y) In Circuit

CAS 4 you can perfectly read/write with XPROG-M, also with chinese clone, but not from all suppliers...:smokin:

I dont see any fully working chinese "multitool" - they only can clone original tool, and with not every original toll had full succes...:banghead:

For sample - AK400 , AK -500 with price more than 2000 usd, AK-300 BMW key / CAS tool - price 2500 USD - PART OF FUNCTIONALITY REALY NOT WORKS !!!

And "R270 programmer" is half of AK-300 BMW KEY TOOLS...
same hw, same sw, only without HITAG PROGRAMMER and OBD interface related parts.

first : obdfactory : a bunch of a**holes (Candy , Jessie...)
second : r270 price shouldn't be more than 470 euro with delivery to the moon
third : i hope it will work and you can make money with it

I have both R260 red clone and R 270.
I can say that Rosfar clone can do all it says but R270 it sucks.
Markony theres np on read/write 0L15Y and 1L15Y with red clone
