Audi A6 93c86?!

Hi guys,

i need help with a Audi A6 12/2001 VDO 93c86 Dash. I opened the dash and i have readed with X-Prog M the 93c86 on the back. But in the 0040 and 0050 lines is no mileage?! Any advice?

I want change to 127000. How i can decrypt these dumps? Is there a tool?

i've got here the same dash, same car...ori km is 191171. I have readed it with my genuine carprog, it has automatic encrypt/decrypt function on 93c86, but i get wrong data, see picture?! What the hell?!

It may not have decrypted the file properly. Maybe upload encrypted file here for us to see.

I tried to open using VDO decrypt tool and it doesnt support it. I think you may have a bad dump?

i've got the same tool my friend and i get the same message. I don't know...dash shows km correctly.

Try reading again? Check all connections when reading are good. I think you have bad read from chip.

thanks sepistar, but now im wondering whats the problem? I have read your dump after write again with carprog, i still get wrong data, but dash shows new km?! :hmmmm2:
