the original problem of car was the radiator fan on at full speed but the car is cold.
A / C off.
ECU fan is fine.
good temperature resistance.
well installation.
no DTCs.
and fans always on.
Mercedes diagnosed: ECU DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY
That is the reason the change of ECU.

You do not have a Star diag , that's a big problem, you are not likely to make immooff for this ecu.
one possibility you swap the chip 95p08 from the original ecu to ecu donor.
