For which ML do you want to add miles? It is very easy to add miles on both W163 and W164 .
If it is W163 - just change the Instrument cluster value - either by OBDII or by removing the EEPROM in the dashboard.
If it is W164 - it's better to use a device that can change the odometer by OBDII - you don't have to worry about EZS since you only want to increase the mileage.
