09 Toyota Seanna help please

Please help, I have read this module from 09 seanna and its really weird, I have read chip s220 inside and it give me this. and I cannot erase or reprogram , What is the problem. My programmer is working great but this chip is giviing problems. Also the dump looks very wreird is there a problem with the chip type. I have read other modules with same part # in past but they had L56 chip. Whats the problem here?
