Adice Please!!! on a universal faultcode resetter

Hello people, could someone please enlighten me as to which is the best "UNIVERSAL" Fault code reader and re-setter tool for Jap/Ford/bmw/Merc etc, ofcourse this would be used to clear most memories in a car after a Mileage correction is carried out. so your thoughts and advice on some good tool would be much appreciated.

you have to get more than one tool for this purpose. there is no tool that work perfect on all cars and all modules.

you need a tool for asian cars and another for europeen cars.
