help launch x421 problem

my dad had his launch x431 connected to a car and accidentally disconnected it when it was reconnected just turned on the screen but was left blank and the launch x431 does not do anything else, thank you very much for your help.

Reloading OS on X431 requires knowledge of UNIX and OS itself. If you are not experienced in these matters, better to ask professional to do so. Where are you from?

I have basic knowledge in linux but my brother has much knowledge of linux.
