Automotive software ?

Perhaps I am just too stupid but in fact I can't find the section "Automotive software" anymore.
My saved links in there show me that I am not allowed to see anything in there anymore.

Is there a reason I should know for thi change ?

read the new rules in the garage section, the software section is closed and the posting of software on the forum is banned

They removed it because people were just signing up to download all the software then pissing off never to be seen again. Plus people were downloading it, and selling it, making it highly unfair on the people that spent time and effort making it freely available to members.

There was a lot of take but no give.

But there are still postings with the software from scanners isn't it the same with that ?

Yeah I mean I found this site by google...

But it is difficult to find something when you don't know what to look for ...
As well as you can just find a part here and a part there but not a site like this where everything was.

I just want to focus on this affect to show that the forum was quite good and not to cry =)

The reason why I noticed just now is that I already had those few programs I needed and wasn't addicted to the updates and now I needed another one and was surprised.

I mean this is the decision of the owner of the forum and I don't want to change anything its just the way it is now =/
