GM (cadillac cts) tech2 aprobate (from SPS) looking for

Hi

After replaced PCM in Cadillac CTS 3.6L V6 2005year, with brand new (sealed, ordered by VIN in dealership), everything works fine (gauges, immo indicator goes off, shifter, key cylinder, etc.) but car won't crank. With Scan Tool (tech 2) i have only one DTC - P0602 Symptom 00 CONTROL MODULE NOT PROGRAMMED. Probabbly cause this NOT VIN STORED in this factory new pcm. I haven't acces to Service Programming System (SPS), so I can't program VIN data to this car. Somebody could help me with this. I could read Tech2 Flash Card (PCIMCIA) after data collecting from car, maybe someone could load my data on his pcimcia card and connect it to working sps system and eneter VIN given from my car - and after succesfuly aquiring aprobate from SPS read that card and send me? I urgently need do this (before Christmans - I need use this car for trip to my family ;). So i someone could help me (mayby solution for me is working SPS installed on my PC - but I don't have experience with US GM Group. is this working similar like Opel TIS with Hardware Dongle without need of Internet Connection with GM server?

If i remember good,i think that u have to set up the new pcm with the body control module(or gm names it different)It is like initialization or setup . go to pcm under special functions & read the menu.

I am sure that procedure must be performed by SPS - hint that You gave me ATHANASSIOS as described above is used with CHRYSLER cars with DRBIII scanner. I need GM TIS2000 (for North Americans Operations /NAO/, but I haven't install CD/DVD (maybe link for download solwed my problem?, or as I wroted earlier I send .bin file from my Tech2 to someone who already has working TIS2000 for USA GM group)

The reason for my hint is that 2 weeks ago, i customer bring my a car that he replace the body module in a 2003 cadillac,then the radio was not working.then i had to transfer the vin # from one of the module to the radio. that where the vin # is stored in this cars.It works exactly like chrysler. Its one module that holds the info about the car, & i forget the name.I think is the vehicle interface module, or something like that.
How ever i have tis 2000, i am repair shop in chicago Illinois. I f u think that i can help some how let me know.
I know for sure that some where in DK some body post before a tis 2000 rar file , that require no dogle. I have the file somewhere save it. If i find it i will send it 2 u. Did u search the site?
