Openbox s9 HD

Hi,

I have just bought an Openbox s9 HD having had a DM500 previously. Can anyone point me to a good site for info/tips for the Openbox?

i cant pick anything up but fta, ive had a cline running on my dreambox 500s
disconnected, setup my s9, the cline is online but channels are still scrambled

What am i doing wrong, ive rebooted

Ask if its compatable with the S9

sorted - uploaded a sly fav channel list and its now bringing up the channels

get an official card or use google to find out about Cardsharing

Hi Guys tried getting HD with this box but its not going high enough on resolution could this problem be with the firmware I've got ..firmware was Sept and I loaded it because it had a favorites channels loaded

for a low cost receiver its very good you need to update the firmware .excellent image via hdmi

Hi, the box says it supports picture in picture. Does anyone know how to get this working?

Have u tried changing the resolution using the VFormat button? or going into menu --system setup--tv system --video resolution --1080i 60

Tried going into video resolution all I have is either auto or 480i or 576i ..But I did try info when I went on a Hd program and it stated 1081i??? but the picture wasn't that fantastic or even better than the normal one's ..the reason I am using the sept firmware is because it had favorites already in it

On the box it came in it had one of the features as picturein picture but cant find how to work it. Nothing in the manual either.

cant see anything about picture in picture in its specs mate.. does it definitely say it on the box..?? dont forget its made in China, the Chinese to English translation doesn't always work well

can any1 tell me how to up load a channel list to my open box? ive download one onto a flash stick in winrar but thats as far as ive got wit it..

You need to use YUV & not RGB. This will bring up the higher resolution options.
