Not much sense to test a car if you cannot pass the Caesar self-test.

A bit more info would never harm, did you have the multiplexer powered up while running the self-test? What sort of setup do you have, VMWare or a genuine computer with a real com port etc?

When you set the COM port correctly and run DAS without connecting to vehicle, you'll get 9551 error, in this case if everything connected so 1) laptop COM port 2) RS232 cable.

IF it works on another computer THEN you better resolder the COM port pins to the T30 small PCB.
It sometimes happens cause the multiplexer cable is stronger and not so flexible and it desolders some pins from the small PCB of T30.

I have repaired several MP and eachone have diferent prblem
If MP is problem (not rs232 cable or computer port) i can repair for u ,, if u whant.
But before u must check all good
