bmw E39 remot programing

Problems remot E39 not working after replacment bateray. Have try this way but didnot working. Pls help me.How do I Reprogram my Key to open my doors - bimmerfest - BMW Forums (http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=164216)

I have try this way, but did not working with E39 1999 years with old two button remote.
Some think else ??

Are you sure you have unlocked all 4 doors with the central locking button from inside and keep all doors closed before you start to program.
