smart 454 engine doesn't start

i got new key for this car and i make keyteach in with smart tan calculator and now
i can't carry out control unit assignment for engine control module this car smart WME4540311B039938
and the engine don't start
CAN ANY ONE GENERATE IT PLEASE FOR ME

and when i open the actual values for the sam the key detcted as no fault then after few seconds it changed to no code detcted then changed again to no fault and so on
any one can help me ??
