Load Consult 3 on any PC?

Hi, Is it posible to load nissan consult onto any pc running win. xp and if so how?
I have the latest version of consult 3 but unable to load to my pc as it comes up that pc is not a tough book.

YES you can, just you need to "MOD" your setup.ini file or use this that i covering in the Attachment... ;)
