I think that the dash mcu is not secured.

This processor is secured. What you use? UPA? Mprog? Maybe you have a problem with flash. New cost about 600eur :/

I use CASS 9s12 v 1.54 .Processor is not security , if you used X-prog read like normal 3K91 not security

I think the flash in 2003y is same like 2006y . Try and report because I have another dump from Mini dashboard (I think 2005y) . Maybe different dump HELP YOU :D

I know it sounds obvious,but no harm in re-checking all your solder points and make sure you put back everything as it was.
