Is there any solution for that? Any advice?

In both cases(03.2010 & 11.2010) I can perform diagnosis on cars without problems.

your starutilities configuration file is set to activate sd connect tool kit ,..and because you do not use sd connect,..it reports the hardware isn't in state available!

use the proper configuration file,..check your registry,..and at least you could do the selftest from winnt/starutils.

good luck in the new year

In both cases, when I press CAESAR selfdiagnosis button from StarUtilities, the application SDconnect Toolkit is launching, but the results are different.

When I'm running "C:\Program Files\SDconnect Toolkit\bin\TkAdministration.exe" application, I can see Part D device both, but on 11.2010 it says "no signal".

Any hint to fix the problem? What to check in registry?

I guess that you mean the 01.2011 Xentry with GooD Luck, but who knows someone will find the solution sometime I hope.

Start your selftest from here:

C:\winnt\zak\Starutils\starutils.exe

I got the same problem - However it seems real diagnosis is Ok
It should be related to RS-232 communication.
When a Delock / Oxford chipset is used I get Caesar test Ok.
