Hi ,
in all MB with EZS , you can set needed mileage only in EZS,
in dashboard you can set 0 km - 0x0000- 0x001F to FF (W220,W203) or in W211, W164 0x0000 - 0x003F to FF.

And after you connect dash / ezs to car - dashboard get mileage from EZS automaticaly...
