Audi a4 dash 2J74Y

Hello to all
I have problems with carprog program audi 2J74Y reaper
i have sent email to support but no help. this is the email that i have sent.

I have sent you a mail before for this problem but you did not help me
So the problem is an Audi a4 dash with v7.8.2.ML
i have attached the pins lick picture i have push button Read it read OK
Then i push the Repair

That is wot i do i need help so i can fix this dash

P.s This is the second car that i cannot fix


this is the answer of them:
you did all OK

but write process failed
is hard to say what is wrong

what windows version runs your PC?

procedure repeat gives the same result?

can you read and post here your entire mcu contents ? ( flash+eeprom )
personally I think you must replace mcu ... not only his contents .

yes replace the mcu and then try to programm with CR

then all should be ok
