Please. I need original dump for flash eprom 28f512

I really need some help. I made a mistake. I write an erase_tcm dump without save the original dump from an m28f512 flash memory. I was trying to do immo off for Renault Megane 1.6 Classic. Ecu Type: Siemens s115300203A, HOM7700860319.

The problem is, until that situation I was capable to start the car with emergency code. But now, nothing..... I try to put the emergency code again, no results.

Please I really need your help.
