No. ECU you need to personalize the immo or emulator. Use of the HHT or Stardiagnosis.

ECU pin 19 - GND
pin 47 - KL15
pin 5 - Can_Low
pin 41 - Can_High

i have prepare 24c02 and what is the next step please ...
immo emulator ???
