Hey Guys,

I bought a John Deere interface, and I also got another one form same person as they billed me twice.
I am selling one if anyone is interested pm me for price as it is brand new!

It's Nexiq USB-Link ?

Yes, its made by Nexiq, but its not the USB-Link.
I think there has been much discussion on the forums as what the differences were and if a USB-Link would even work in its place. I think I answer was they were different.

if..our buddy ....coul give us the drivers for that ...just to see some differences ..but after sell...lol

Adapter didnt come with any drivers.

The Drivers you look for are located in Service Advisor!

I think ukge4122 is right Service Advisor has drivers for HD Nexiq Magikey PDM,JD magickey PDM and USB link/EDL.Have a look in c:\Program Files\ECULP\ECULPINIConfig.exe and look in hardware tab gives all the options.

Looks to me like cable is different also, flat connector.

yeah ...you right...cable look different...same I see with magic key normal and service advisor deere original...and drivers yeah are located in directory of advisor.

Why don't you do a pinout of the cable adapter? Maybe that way we can find the difference between edl and usblink. For me, it's the same hardware but different firmware. :five:

nexiq work with john deere but you can only ready error's. ONLY. For work other options need original john deere edl

Does it still work with SA 4.0 ?
I thought only attached one EDL v2 works.

If the device is still for sale - What is the price for your EDL? How many pins on the cable (15 or 25?)
Do you provide SA 4.0 together with device?
