Hello guys,
I am working on a ud85 truck alternator part no. 23100-z5702.It is a brushless alternator system and isnot charging.It has three wires coming to it and I know normally they are for ignition feed,idiot light,and sense/24v.I have ignition feed and idiot light but I dont have sense/24v.If I pulse the third with 24v the idiot light goes off but the alternator does not charge.I fitted in a new regulator and it it does the exact same thing.
I am at a loss here any help will be greatly appreciated.
