Jeep Grand Cherokee Remote programing

hi friends
i have replaced the control unit which is fitted on the in room fuse box ( i did not know its exact name ) and i need to program the original remote control with it
how can i match the remote
is it possible to match the remote with manual preprocessor with out using diagnostic tool ? and how ?
the car is Jeep Grand Cherokee model 2005 with diesel engine 2800 CRD

you have to take the keyfob and the car to the dealer
and if you have memory seats or any other
comodities you have to let them know so they can activate it and program the keyfob to your car
it cost more or less 30 pounds.
