View Full Version : Sprinter 2009 cluster and EZS removal instructions

Someone knows the fastest way to remove the EZS and cluster from this type (steering wheel on the left)? Last time I did this car customer removed them.
Cluster with hooks and EZS remove from underneath or remove radio? As far as I remember remove the radio. Want to be sure because customer is waiting.

Hi,

Radoi does not need to be removed, just the trim around it (clips just pull off), remove torx holding top cover, then, remove Driver A post cover, remove the torx revealed at bottom, then remove 3 torx located just above knee (bottom panel), you will work out which torx need to be removed when doing this.

Now, pull the plastic hoding the key module, put your hand in, remove the 3 plugs and extract.

Seriously mate, will take you 10 mins max. Total job time 1 hour approx.
