SD Online Update

Need help with SD Online Update for SD 09/10.

My SD is not connecting to SD online update, anyone also experienced this problem and resolved it, can you please share it with us.

What I mean to say is if i can't connect to SD online update, i cannot do an online programming. What seems to be the problem.

cd online is to update your sw not your car !

you can update manualy your DAS with addon

Im sorry for my wrong explanation, but my real problem is that i cannot perform online control unit programming. What seems to be my problem?

Perhaps the user name and password cannot be used any more? Between the lines I can read this being possible. You might tell more about your case to clear the doubt.

Sorry but I have an original multiplexer and the rest are copied or cloned. It was working with 03/10, i did an update with 05/10 and its not working anymore. So what I did is tried updating it with 09/10, same problem.

Can you clarify, do you mean the clones worked with on-line connection when you had the 03/2010 DAS?

Does you 05 or 09/2010 work for normal diagnosis (off-line)?

Yes with 03/10 it's working with online programming. Yes normal diagnosing is working with 05/10 and 09/10.

There is no matter what areyou use to do programming and scn. I've got some clones, also I got some orignal C4 and C3 . All work the same. My clones updated by means of Online bg uPDATE SERVICE. wHEN i CONNECTED to the daimler HQ server it does not separate which HARDWARE is connected. It just filters User and Password at the aftersales.i.daimler.com

Well , tell me what version of DAS & Xentry do you use? From the 09.2010 there was a service bulletin, about some Windows XP addons needed, to do SDNet Assyst being in good condition. So if the 9.2010 installed , first of all check you network connection ...

I have an original multiplexer and Star Diagnposis on my notebook installed in VMware.

Everything works perfect(DAS, Xentry, Caesar test etc). From DAS 05.2010 and over, when I'm trying to perform SCN online I have a problem. After SCN coding a window appears that notices to check for fault errors after blah blah, press F2 to continue. When I'm pressing F2, i get a windows error about DAS32R2.exe (module CAL_real.dll) and DAS terminates ubnormally instead of window about SCN perform succesfully blah blah.

Is there any way to FIX that?

Also it is strongly recommended touse a REAL Time and DATE . So ***1096;***1072;***1085;***1097;***1075; clone or native Compact 3(4 ) uses a time NOT CLEARLY equal to the actual one ,. you won't do your SCN

Yeah, you're right... It was a 09.2010 bug, hm.. So check if SDConnect network settings are OK, check the system date ... Regards!

M8's just an additional info, i've already checked the network connections either thru wired LAN or Wireless and all seems ok but i also could not connect to the internet.

Yes this is my problem, i could not connect even with IE. I tried all the configuration i could do, but still the same. I've installed almost half of the addons but same result.

I'm not aware of missing AddOns disabling internet connectivity. Shouldn't you run Windows network connectivity tests?

I used at the cloned T30 based system :-)
