mate there is not immo off for Smart cars i think you must teach in key with Star Diagnosis

immo is in 24c02 chip,
try key learning with star diag

Smart 451 and 454 has transponter Id46 PCF7941 inside key.
Other cars do not have transponders and use IR or RF only.
