Please tell me what kind of interface and software can be used for diagnostic for my Hyundai accent 1.3 1999 year.On ebay there is a lot of interfaces like Elm327 KKL etc?
Can someone help me?

Carmanscan or Launch.
Doubt if this car is OBD2 compliant when you live outside the USA. That means the Elm interface are pretty much useless.

The car has OBD2 connector, and I want to buy ELM327 to try.Did someone sucess with diagnpostic of this car, BTW tell me what models of cars can be diagnose with this interface?

Elm327 can be used in the USA for almost all cars from 1996 on (except very heavy cars). In Europe it can be used on petrol passenger cars from 2001 on, and diesel passenger cars from 2004 on.

The connector is a Sae J1962 compatible connector. It doesn't guarantee that the car can be read with an elm-interface.
