BMW screen misting up

i have a small problem with my wifes car its a 318i se 2000 model. The hot and cold air will not blow through centre vents and screen vents but blows through the feet ok.This is now causing a problem since she opened the door when about 10inch of snow was on the roof and it fell into the car wetting the carpet now the front windscreen keeps steaming up
just wondering if any of you guys have come across this before but you can here the fan blowing but no air comes from the vents apart from the ones in the footwell

maybe the aircon flaps are frozen(or broken), the recirculating flap also(=fogging).
let the car in the garrage for one night at positive temp.

First of all I agree with l0l0.l0l0 ..... That's sounds like some of air mixing flaps motors are broken.... other thing...it's worth to change or at least to check pollen filter...just in case....
