Hello boys,
my father have a BMW 530d E60 with CCC navigator unit.
Last week the CCC unit failed http://images.bimmerforums.com/smilies/frown.gif
I already bought an used and good working CCC unit on ebay, but still I have not installed.
I've some question:
- Some people tell me that an used CCC unit not work on another car because it's not possible to coding with OPS !
It's true ?
I ask help: it's possible replace my broken unit with a worked used unit ?
I need to change VIN stored in working CCC ?
Thanks in advance

CCC unit doesn't have any VIN stored...

You'll need to be lucky enough to get a unit that has the same functions "active" if not, you'll need to code it accordingly using SSS or autologic for example.
