VCDS 805.x Image?

Hi peeps,

I've been playing around with VCDS 812.4 but I find it very flakey.

Does anyone know of an ept/dump of 805.1 or 805.0.

Or, does anyone know if I can flash this cable back to 704.1 to give me a stable unit?

I have found a dump of 805 (I think) on this site and flashed. Cheers! It appears to work.

Out of interest, is it possible to downgrade a cable from 8xxx to 704 ?

Yest it's possible to upgrade or downgrade. You just need to have the dumps.

The uC is able to have any dump inside so you can flash it with whatever you want.
