my sons ipod says eject before disconnectin and wont go off its froozen can anyone help as im clueless at them thanx

Not quite sure what you mean, but you need to eject .plug back in to computer and on iTunes next the name of iPod ie:iPod/sons iPod etc.is a button you click to eject.
Or if it comes up as removable disc you right click on this and click eject.
