Volvo FH16 - high fuel consumption

Hello,
I have problem with Volvo FH16 high fuel consumption. The truck is from 1996 (with fuel pomp). It's going on the same trip with even same weight and taking about 46 liter per 100 km now. Before was about 38 l/km.
I don't know what's going on. Maybe sometehing wrong with fuel pomp? It's need rebuild? or fuel injector?
Please take into consideration that higher consumption happened suddenly.

Tell the driver to keep his foot out of the accelerator thats probably the problem

Read fault codes first you may need to replace the sensor for intake air pressure and air temperature which is on the intake manifold.

My friend if you want me to help you you have to send me some info.First of all perform a cylinder compression and a cylinder balancing test with vcads and upload the photos.Then tell me what's the fuel pressure in 600 rpm, 1300 rpm and 1600 rpm. I also need an engine sensors value test with vcads.Export these results in html or xml and upload them.Fuel consumption it's a difficult problem. It could be an injector problem fuel pump problem sensors clogged filters etc
