Are You trying access wiring diagrams from DAS or have other WIS and EPC installation?
I don't know how to access throw DAS, but if You have separate installation You should go throw ASRA and search then in literature.... That's the way how I'm doing that.
As other people telling....actually they are accesible throw WIS.

They're in WIS. If it's installed properly just logon and click on the WIS icon.
But you have to have database installed. There is separate key for EPC and WIS. Then you must go to EWA Admin Tool and install either WIS or/and EPC databases. Then you can get wiring diagrams from WIS
