try to dissasemble the part vhere lcd is or take a picture from other side there shuld be some eeprom

is same face as your first foto, you must post foto from other face of board
other face board must be green color i think
you must remove needles

I don?t think you will find there any eeprom ..... Try to find BCM onto car , maybe there is stored mileage ...
