E39 Dash Adjust?

I would like to change Millage in this vehicle.
its one of our cars, so not to big a deal if this cant be done..
I JUST HATE LOOKING AT THAT HIGH MILES.
i have UPA, but really have NO intention of taking needles of,
those motor pins look to fragile, for my fingers..

i have just recieved PA Soft 1.40,
and would like someone to help me, use this to reduce the miles
in this car..

dash shows 180,000 MILES
log shows
IKE 290848 km
LCM 290800 km
HW 06
SW 15

IF possible i would like miles to show 90000 MILES
approx 145000 km

The file i read from IKE was only file available.
the file from the LCM was from "Eprom", also avaiable was to read memory, But requires an address to read???

M8, PA Soft have Odometer Correction in menu.
No need to read eeprom (only for backup).

For info:
KM in LCM stored in address $11-$12:
Your value: 290800 - 0B 5C
New value: 145000 - 05 AA

sorry do you mean if i look harder through software, i can find menu where i just type in desired millage and write to vehicle??

only arrivede today, so have not studied this software yet,
I was thinking it all had to be done via Dump.. "Read - Adjust - Write"

This Software from very Quick look, appears very powerfull..

It's very useful this software. I use only on reprogramming module, align EWS-DME, etc

did it works with all cars to 2004 year as it say and do you try dash with m35080 with bmw scaner 1.4:manuflag:
