guys i have just had a new map put on my car after some mods i did. I need to send some figures back to my remapper. Other than putting the car on a rolling road, is there some software i can install on my laptop that will allow me to read the Boost pressure, air mass and air-fuel ratio.. The car is a 2005 vectra 2.0t

Any EOBD/OBD2 scanner will do. Something like Scanmaster Elm. Other possibility is Op-com, which is almost equivalent to the dealer tool. The only question is if the car will supply these figures. With Op-com it does, except for the Air-Fuel ratio.
Air-Fuel ratio is not supported by the car because it has a narrow-band oxygen sensor, it can't measure it. You would need to log simultaneously with some external wide-band sensor.

the ecu trionic 8 support the air-fuel ratio
see real value-voltage lambda sensor(line1-sensor1)
you can use the graphe option to see the graphe air-fuel ratio
but need a diag interface
