X17 + T-boot are 100% same hardware inside...
Just OBD protocols are "killed" on t-boot software...
This T-boot tool was the quick answer of magic team to new trasdata and k-tag(same hw inside these 2). But there is no real competition...

This is the only reason you should invest on an alientech K-tag instead or a dimsport trasdata.
These can do jap cars(renesas denso mh etc etc), also mpc, also st proccesors.

Choosing the (wrong) 105 hp version shows the correct 5NF ecu.
Reading my car as the 105 hp version was successful.

I have bought a magpro from the ebay seller mone*25 and it is not working at all. I bought it in combination with mpps V16.

Mpps V16 from this seller is a fake.
Not working good -> EXE was manipulated in order to show another soft number.

My friend has a MPPS from the other Ebay seller and it is worknig flawless.

So please be aware of seller mone*25.
He was also advertising his products on this forum but has been banned :))

Another friednd has bought magpr form the other german seller and it is also working flawless.

So only products of mone*25 are makig problems.

you normally get this error if the car isnt listed-or maybe ignition is not on...

have you used the same ecu settings before.

As the car won?t start I take the ECU of (piece of cake in Opel corsa)... tried on the table with MPPS, MAGPRO (You have to erased the file just created when you get the error as I said before - look for the newest file and rename or delete), KessV1 (other device - original), galetto1260.

I remenber to have an KWP2000+ tried and it start the session (start writing, shows erase flash or something like this) but failed in some point (the other ones couldnt even begin to write)

I tried again with KessV1 and works !

After this I tried read and save with magpro and work

MPPS can only read

1260 can read, but it?s diferent from Kess/magpro and if you try to write the ECU is blocked (wrong CKS)

I bought an FGT2 3led...after some modificatino I could read (the same file as 1260) but when you write happens the same os 1260 (wrong CKS).

As the car won?t start I take the ECU of (piece of cake in Opel corsa)... tried on the table with MPPS, MAGPRO (You have to erased the file just created when you get the error as I said before - look for the newest file and rename or delete), KessV1 (other device - original), galetto1260.

first of all, sorry for my bad english (I?m from Brasil)

Let?s go:

1- search for the last file in the magpro folder (magpro.err) erase it, magpro will work in that ECU again

2- If magpro can?t ID and read the ECU you can try to write with KWP2000 (here in Brasil KWP can?t write/read with Multec, but can start the write session...)

3- if KWP fails, keep the ECU on 12V on and try with magpro, it should work at all.

try another ECU (the multec again is the best to test) after erase magpro.err and it shall work

1-Good to know...perhaps something about brazilian market (allways get stuck on this)

2- Multec H made some in the bench, Multec F can?t even ID.... And diesel ones We don?t have in Brazil

3- It is not locked (I had an KessV1 locked with bad software)

I would try with flashtec 13.1 or EXPI software...if it is corrupted firmware it maybe fix it.
