I am trying to use the evoscan with a vag com cable to my Mitsubishi.

When I connect and press "Start DataLogger" then is connected and I can see some readings however, when I press "Display DTC" then I have the following.

Info: Initialize Vehicle ECU...
Info: OBDII ISO Init...
Info: Waiting for vehicle ecu...
Info: Initializing At 5 baud...
Info: Timer: 0,803200000000061ms
Info: PC CPU 5baudrate 1829ms
Info: QPFreq: 1428740
Info: CPU Timer Factor Applied: 0
Info: Initialization Complete...
Info: Waiting for vehicle ecu...
Info: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.
Info: Check DTCs Complete.

Apparetly this "Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow." is an error, can anyone knows how to fix it so I have some readings??? According to dealer the car has an error in the EGR but I can not see it with evoscan due to this error.

I think elm is not supported (Deciding on what cable you need. (http://www.evoscan.com/mitsubishi-subaru-nissan-toyota-mazda-holden-honda-gm-obd2-can-cables)), only kkl and openport. But i'm not completely sure.

Is it usb or serial kkl cable? Have you tried other settings for com port? It's a guess, but baudrate of 5 seems to be low, 1829 ms seems to be much, so communication between car and computer maybe bad. Do you know the required settings for evoscan?

Maybe you can ask your question to the evoscan forum? (Categories - EvoScan Performance Car Tuning Forums (http://www.evoscan.com/forums))

Tahank you "paro44".

The cable is USB and it appear that is working when I am making the connection and seeing live data from the car.

The baudrate is 9600, which is same in the program and device of the computer. The latercy time is 10. I dont know what other settings to change.
