best tool for cas 2 and ca3 for bmw

hello!
any body can give me his experience for reading/writing on the securised mcu of bmw cas?
-who is better cas3 programmer red one or blue one????

-any body have tested xprog-m on bmw cas???????????

Hi, I have blue cas 3 clone and I use it for cas2 and cas3 and it works ok with one exception. Cas3 black with 9s12dg256 with maskset 0L01Y which I read with xprogm. Do not try to read with blue clone or you will buy a cas3 module. I heard that red cas3 clone is better than blue one because has external power which is differend from cas3 blue which it is feed up from usb. XprogM it works on cas2 and cas3 but you must have care because some clones can damage eeprom contents from cas units.

I don`t use the blue or the red one. I use the gold one, together with some other guys.
I know 3 person that work with it, and all are verry happy with it. And the price is also good.

or how many times u used this gold one, cause I heared that the blue one will block after 30-40 times of using?

i use red one, works flawlessly on CAS2, havent done CAS3 yet

I have blue one, works very good + software is not crashing coz of mouse clicking like some other ppl have reported here on forum.
