thanks batpepi yes this is the software that iam talking about but what does it do and what is it for what to do with the hex numbers that are generated from the vin number

Maybe you should ask the author of this software BRAM380,
what is intended for.

Why do you need it then? The VIN decoder to hex values purpose is to find VIN location on the dump. In case if you need to change the VIN number you can do it with this decoder.
