There is a way to put some charger on starter main positive or alternator main positive lead.
Don't know about power socket under bonnet on that model. Usually there is some under bonnet on Mercedes and it has red plastic cover marked with + .

i would not jump start a dead battery but power it to open boot and try charging battery,or fit a new one, blowing ecu is possible with a spike.

As Larue said there is normally a connection under the bonnet for car with betterys in boot that have flat batterys, its normally on the inner wings behind the stut top

Hello

Get the rear seats out and you can get to the Battery easily unless if your seat locks are sized than :banghead:......... or you can power up the Stater wire to operate you remote fob only............as said before by other members don't try to boost start with the Battery totally Dead..

Hope This Helps..

I know this is NOT the 230 but I cant see the jump-start terminal being in a different place
