Hi
I bought mb star but when I connect to my laptop and run the program I got error:

Could not create 'E:\DAS1003EN\Windows XP Proffesional.nvram': insufficient permissions to access to the file

seller says it should works with all laptop...

can anyone help please....

sonds like the program is trying to write to the cd rom you might have to alter the autoexec.bat file if there is one

And WHY don't you ask the guy you got it from?
What kind of support is this?
I think that the external disk came with a usb dongle.
Have you used it?

I dont get any dongle... just hdd

This is why it would be good to spend some time here and then install the SW yourself.

This must be a VMWare setup. Are you able to write/edit files on the external drive from other applications?

The seller is correct, it should work but unfortunately the words "should, shall, may etc." all have different meaning. It does not help a lot if the SW should work but does not.

I'm sure it isn't that bad but your support is not sufficient to help you fix some small issues in your computer environment.
